Etihad Town Phase 2 is on Jia Bagga Road, a few minutes from the Halloki Interchange on Lahore Ring Road, and it can also be reached from Ferozepur Road.

- In September 2023 the developer reported handing over possession early to buyers from its first two ballots, and a groundbreaking for more than 50 houses.
